Barsan Global Logistics
The project initiated in Tuzla offers a modern and high-capacity logistics solution that combines diverse storage needs under a single facility. In the project: While palletized materials are stored safely and orderly on upper floors with the back-to-back racking system, the Minirack system supports box-based collection and order preparation processes on ground floors. With a total capacity of 50,000 pallets and 45,000 boxes, the integrated system offers a sustainable warehouse infrastructure that enhances operational efficiency, facilitates access, and optimizes logistics processes.

Safa Agriculture
The Back-to-Back Racking Systems implemented in Konya have been designed with a focus on high-capacity and secure storage needs. With a total pallet capacity of 8,540, the project enhances space efficiency and has been planned in accordance with the Spring (sprinkler) system for fire safety. This ensures both operational efficiency and prioritizes the safety of materials and employees. The back-to-back rack system establishes an organized, accessible, and sustainable warehouse infrastructure, providing strong support for Safa Tarım’s logistics processes.

Hermos
The project implemented in Salihli offers an integrated solution designed according to different product types and storage needs. In the project: The Shuttle racking system with a capacity of 480 pallets provides fast and high-density storage, the Drive-in racking system with a capacity of 600 pallets offers deep storage and spatial efficiency, and the Back-to-Back racking system with a capacity of 630 pallets provides orderly and accessible pallet storage possibilities. This multi-system integration forms a modern and sustainable warehouse infrastructure that allows Hermos to carry out its production and logistics operations in a flexible, fast, and safe manner.

Norm Fasteners
Mezzanine Racking Systems, developed in Çiğli, are designed as a modern solution that highlights vertical storage. The 5-story mezzanine, with a total area of 125 m², optimizes limited horizontal space by utilizing the warehouse area with maximum efficiency vertically. This structure offers a sustainable solution that enhances Norm Fasteners' logistics processes by combining high-density storage, rapid access, and operational efficiency.

Kalisan
The Back-to-Back Rack Project implemented in Aliağa is designed to be compatible with robotic box order picking systems. Within the scope of the project, the warehouse layout and rack placement have been optimized considering the use of Man Up Order Picker. With a total capacity of 18,720 boxes, the system offers high efficiency, fast access, and operational order, providing a modern warehouse infrastructure that supports Kalisan's logistics processes. This project is a concrete example of a flexible and sustainable warehouse management approach integrated with automation technologies.

Lukoil
The Mekik Rack System Project implemented in Aliağa has been designed to ensure the efficient and safe storage of products with different pallet sizes. The project is executed with a shuttle rack system optimized to store various types of materials such as plastic, cardboard, and barrels. Thanks to this system, warehouse space is utilized at maximum capacity while stock management and operational speed are significantly increased. With a total capacity of 2,500 pallets, the facility offers a flexible, organized, and sustainable storage solution that supports Lukoil’s logistics operations.

Dikkaya Group
The installation of Mezzanine and Back-to-Back Racking System in Kemalpaşa has been planned to use the existing warehouse area more efficiently and functionally. With the back-to-back racking system, a regular and high-capacity storage infrastructure has been created for palletized loads, providing a total capacity of 1,550 pallets. The 966 m² 3-story mezzanine area established within the scope of the project has increased the operational capacity of the facility by creating additional storage and operational space. This integrated structure is an investment that optimizes both horizontal and vertical space usage, enhances operational efficiency, and supports sustainable warehouse management.

Haus Centrifuge Technologies
Located in Aydın ASTİM Organized Industrial Zone, the new facility has 100,000 m² of open and 68,500 m² of closed space, making it one of the largest and most comprehensive industrial investments in the region. The back-to-back and cantilever racking systems implemented within this large-scale investment offer a safe and highly efficient storage infrastructure suitable for different product types. While the back-to-back racking system ensures space optimization for palletized loads, long and bulky materials are stored in an organized and accessible manner with the cantilever racking system. The project represents a robust and sustainable warehouse infrastructure investment planned in parallel with HAUS Makina’s growth vision, supporting its manufacturing and logistics processes.

Fitpak
The Back-to-Back Racking System implemented in Menemen is designed to support the production processes in a seamless and orderly manner. The warehouse area designed with the back-to-back racking system ensures the safe, orderly, and accessible storage of raw materials while offering maximum efficiency in area usage. With a total capacity of 3,300 pallets, the project provides a systematic and sustainable storage solution that supports Fitpak’s production operations with a strong logistics infrastructure.

Norm Fasteners
The Narrow Aisle Racking System implemented in Salihli is a strategic logistics investment that combines maximum safety with high storage capacity. Designed with engineering calculations compliant with earthquake regulations, the racking system prioritizes both product and worker safety. Thanks to the narrow aisle back-to-back layout model, it provides superior efficiency in space utilization. With a total capacity of 32,000 pallets, the project presents a modern warehouse infrastructure that strengthens operational continuity and supports fast and effective stock management.

Eczacıbaşı
Producing in 13 facilities across 4 countries, the Eczacıbaşı Group's main production center is located in Bozüyük, home to a production campus that uses eco-friendly technologies. In terms of capacity, technology, and quality, it ranks among the top ceramic-producing facilities in the world. The Eczacıbaşı company, which seeks the same quality standards in its suppliers as it does in its own products, implemented Mekik system and RETA Racking at the Vitra facilities.

DB Schenker
DB Schenker Arkas in Turkey provides customized logistics solutions with more than 400 expert employees at 9 locations, making it one of the country's largest Integrated Logistics Service Providers. It has branches across Turkey in Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa, Ankara, Mersin, and Gaziantep, and offers services with 8 logistics centers located in Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa, and Manisa, as well as sales offices in Denizli, Kayseri, and Konya. At the Manisa warehouse of our main supplier, we implemented a drive-in racking system.

Bosch
A narrow aisle system was implemented in the 14-acre logistics warehouse of the world giant Bosch with our racks that reach up to 15 meters.

B/S/H
BSH Turkey, which is the largest foreign-invested white goods company in Turkey, develops, manufactures, and exports world champion products in energy efficiency and innovation under its brands Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, and Profilo to our country and the entire world, primarily European countries. We also implemented a Pallet Flow Racking system for the company, which safely stores its products on RETA's racks.

Başbuğ Auto Spare Parts
Having made distributorship agreements with the world's leading automotive OEM manufacturers, Başbuğ Automotive Spare Parts, one of Turkey's largest automotive spare parts providers, increased its warehouse capacity fourfold with Reta. A four-story mezzanine system has been installed on a 2-acre floor area in Başbuğ Automotive's new warehouse in İzmir, one of Turkey's leading spare parts suppliers. The racks in the warehouse are 12 meters high and the warehouse, completed using a total of 400 tons of steel material, provides the customer with a total space of 8 acres.

Ekici Cheese
Knowing that institutionalization, and investment in brand and technology are the only ways to grow and maintain sustainability, Ekici chooses the shelves of Turkey's best Reta Engineering Warehouse Rack Systems in their warehouses. To always offer healthy products to its customers, Ekici Cheese monitors all stages, from the point of supplying raw materials to the final product, with its Quality Control Laboratory and has realized one of Turkey's highest Drive-In Rack System projects with Reta Engineering Warehouse Rack Systems in its warehouses. With racks set at -18 degrees, Reta Engineering Warehouse Rack Systems once again proves to be a professional, reliable, and preferred brand.

Reyka
RETA Racking achieved another success with Reyka Canning and Agricultural Products, a company operating in Manisa specializing in canning. Thanks to the shuttle system, which can stack 61 pallets in a single channel back-to-back, a total of 2684 pallets were stacked in a 1030m2 area.

Tahtakale Spot
In the early 80s, we completed a rack clothing warehouse project in Antalya for Tahtakale Spot, which set out from Antalya and serves its customers with a high level of service, quality, a rich variety of over 50,000 products, and affordable pricing policies.
