It is a system applied in seasonal product storage (canned goods, figs), food, chemistry, logistics, companies operating with inventory, raw material storage, and cold storage warehouses.
In the Drive In rack system, racks are formed by the fusion of channels created by the combination of feet, traverses, and pallet seating plates placed to accommodate pallets. Forklifts enter this internal corridor with the lifted pallet. The vehicle should not be wider than the pallet.
Guide rails are installed to prevent stacker damage to the feet in the channel depth, avoid time loss, and ensure the driver exits smoothly when reversing. Thus, the likelihood of damage due to accidents is minimized.
It is recommended to use hot-dip galvanizing for places with very low temperatures when applied in cold storage warehouses.
