Cantilever racking systems are a special system used for stacking long and irregularly shaped materials such as pipes, profiles, panels, wooden plates, plastic, and textile rolls. They are ideal for these types of products where standard pallet systems fall short in storage.
The structure of the racking consists of vertical carrier columns and cantilever arms attached to these columns. Loading can be done on both sides of the carriers. The length of the arms and their carrying capacity can be determined according to the size of the product.
In addition to cantilever arms, the rigidity of the system is increased with horizontal ties and diagonal reinforcements. The rack height is adjustable. It is possible to use it singly or double-sided upon request.
The system can be designed for loading and unloading manually or using a forklift. In open area storage, galvanized production is preferred.
