The Pallet Flow Rack System is a dynamic storage system where pallets move by sliding over inclined rollers using gravity. The basic principle of the system is that the pallet loads at one point and moves automatically to the collection point located at the end of the system thanks to the slope.
Pallet flow rack systems operate on the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle. This makes them especially preferred in areas with high circulation and where shelf spaces are desired to be used at full capacity.
The structure of the system is composed of roller beds. The pallet loaded onto these beds moves forward thanks to the slope. When the pallet is unloaded, the pallet at the back advances to the next empty space. This structure reduces forklift movement space and loading-unloading operations occur much faster.
Additionally, the system offers a safe and controlled flow with rollers with brakes, devices that provide speed control, and product separators.
